Pedal-Cabs in Danao city a city of more than 10000 thousand people are a effective form of cheep travel , the city at sea level has no hills so its not hard for the driver to get around, keeping in mind thats theirs other ped-cabs to avoid

At a cost to the customer of 6 to10 pesos depending on how far your going it cheeper that diving your car

But all pedal-cabs dont seem to be equal for some cant go ever where you want to go. . this is because the city is licensing the pedal-cabs this is visible with a license number usual on top of the machine, with out this number the driver will not want to take you to the Gaisano mall sense he with be quickly ticketed,are impounded



Not only are the pedal cabs licensed but also the driver as well the cost of all this is not the responsible of the driver seems he mostly likely dont own this machine he mostly likely renting it per day from someone that does have the income to support all this, I do know from personal expenses that in 2010 this is 55 pesos per day , that covers the cost of renting the cab an the licensing This a one year licensed renewed in jan each year



All in all the cost could be more than a thousand pesos still much less than licensing a car an driver so I think it still a good deal, 3 pesos a day a very good deal









































You might wonder what is the cost of one of these machines?
